Five stars doesn't really capture our experience with Landers Toyota, particularly Mike Ross and GM Billy Wicker. We started this process in August, ordering a 2026 Grand Highlander. Then Toyota placed our vehicle on a quality-control hold, and after weeks of uncertainty it became clear that the original vehicle wasn't going to arrive in time for an important trip my wife and I had planned to Alabama. Mike could have simply told us it was a Toyota problem and there was nothing he could do. Instead, he kept working on it. When another Grand Highlander became available because the original customer's financing was delayed, Billy came up with the idea of swapping that vehicle into our deal. He worked with the other customer and their salesperson to work it out, again, everyone (including the customer, thank you) was focused on service not self. It was exactly what we needed, and suddenly we had a path to getting our car in time. When the final financing logistics created one last obstacle, Mike and Billy worked directly with our credit union and found a customer-focused solution that allowed us to take delivery before our departure. It was an extraordinary effort to accommodate our circumstances, and it made all the difference to us. That wasn't just good customer service. That was exceptional trust, judgment and leadership. Throughout all of this, Mike kept communicating with us, stayed honest about what he knew and didn't know, and kept looking for ways to solve a problem he didn't create. And that's what I want to emphasize: this wasn't really about a car. It was about whether the people on the other side of a transaction would treat us like real people when things got complicated. They did. We now have our Grand Highlander, we've made our trip, and the long drive was fantastic. My wife is happy, we're enjoying ourselves, and what could have been a miserable car-buying experience turned into a story we'll remember very fondly. Mike Ross earned our trust and our heartfelt gratitude. Billy earned our trust and respect for having the judgment to make some extraordinary decisions when the normal process wasn't going to work. Adversity doesn't build character, it reveals it. Both have top notch character. Landers should be very proud of both of them. If you're looking for a Toyota anywhere in Arkansas, I highly recommend Mike Ross and Landers Toyota.

I Shuntia Bush purchased a vehicle from here. I never received any paperwork before tags expired. I contacted Marcell Jefferson in finance before my tags expired, I also went there and was told that the department was closed and I could not be help. I was told I could get and extended tag by Marcell Jefferson. I came again after my tags expired trying to receive the extended tag that expired on December 21, 2025. Once again I came in on December 22nd or 23rd I was told that the head man wasn't there and some woman who worked for Kia, was stepping in for him. The woman was very rude and condescending towards me. I was told it was my fault that I haven't received any paperwork on my car. I was very embarrassed by how I was treated. Then she came back with some paperwork sayi g she has to send out for a new title. The problem is I never knew how much my tags would be so I could pay. Now that Toyota paperwork never came to me, I am know responsible for the penalties and late fees. The problem is because Toyota didn't provide me the paperwork to get tags I'm not able to work because I work for Uber Drive. I can't make the extra late fees and penalties for my tags. Unfortunately, this dealer will not ship out of state if you are an out of state buyer. Don’t waste your time.
