My husband and I are from Hot Springs and we were unhappy with our shopping experience at our local dealer. We made the short drive to Landers on a “looking” trip. I saw many guys on golf carts outside but we quickly rushed inside because we needed to stop at the restrooms before hand. We were greeted by a really nice guy that wasn’t pushy or beggy… and I told him I was waiting for my husband. He wasn’t even looking our way when he came out and I thought hum… I had a good vibe let’s go give this guy a shot! The guy is Jake Beam! Best service ever! Was completely knowledgeable in the 4Runner we was seeking. We even flipped a coin to pick the color! Jake said that was a first! He did the flipping! We were in and out in 4 hours! Yes we decided to buy a beautiful red 4 Runner! Well a few days went by and my husband thought he wanted one too. So we texted Jake and they sold the other one we flipped for… which is the one my husband loved and wanted me to have. So we thought we would settle for a green one. We did our dealing.. all over the phone mostly by text (for me this is best because of my work) Jake got back with us and said wait! I’ve located a blue one just like the one you want if you just want to wait a few days.. I was so impressed because he could have easily sold us the green one.. he made it happen and we bought 2 cars in a matter of 10 days all because Jake made it happen! I can say in 2026 Toyota has been good to me. I was in a position of needing a new car due to my previous car giving me several issues, so online homework was done and walking into the dealership I already knew what I was looking for. (lol) he was personable, professional, and got everything done in a timely manner. Not only the dealership, but he himself has made it their business to create a line of contact in the case I ever have any issues or concerns. Best team in the city!

Allie and Chase did a phenomenal job taking care of us. Allie took the time to find the exact Trailhunter I was looking for, and went over all the specifics. I looking to purchase a car for my niece she is graduating in 2027 from high school school.
