2020 Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage in Little Rock, AR
These days, the Toyota Land Cruiser is known as a luxurious three-row SUV that makes heading off the road a little more comfortable. But it’s evolved over the years as it’s been around for more than six decades and started as a small, boxy off-roader that paid homage to the Willys Jeep. To celebrate the Land Cruiser’s beginnings, Toyota has created the special Heritage Edition for the 2020 Land Cruiser.
The 2020 Land Cruiser Heritage Edition will be available late this summer or early fall and in a limited run. Here’s everything we know about it so far.

The 2020 Land Cruiser Heritage made its debut during the 2019 Chicago Auto show and will be powered by a 5.7-liter DOHC V8 engine. This engine works alongside an 8-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission with intelligence to deliver 381 horsepower and 401 lb.-ft. of torque. Heritage will employ TORSEN limited-slip locking center differential and a 2-speed transfer case with selectable low-range that works with a full-time 4WD system. It will have a Multi-Terrain Monitor to help with tricky situations.
The Land Cruiser has been a seamless blend of off-roading performance with style and this Heritage Edition doesn’t skimp on the style portion. The exterior Land Cruiser badging is in an old-school font that immediately takes you back to the original. The Heritage Edition’s exterior will also feature a unique black-accented grille, bronze 18-inch forged aluminum wheels with “TOYOTA” stamped on the center cap. as well as darkened chrome details on the headlight housings, fog lights and side mirrors.
The SUV comes in either Midnight Black Metallic or Blizzard Pearl exterior colors.
A departure from the current Land Cruiser body style, the Heritage Edition will only be available with two rows instead of three for a lot more cargo space.
The Land Cruiser Heritage only comes with black leather-trimmed upholstery to capitalize on a luxurious feel. The bronze wheel color continues throughout the interior with contrast switching on the steering wheel, center stack, console, door trim and seats. All-weather floor mats and a cargo liner are standard.
Amenities like a heated steering wheel, ventilated front seats, Smart Key keyless entry with push-button start make the 2020 Land Cruiser Heritage a smart buy.
The 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system features split-screen capability, advanced voice recognition, Bluetooth connectivity and music streaming , Siri Eyes Free, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Premium JBL Audio with integrated navigation, 14 JBL speaker and Qi wireless charging.
