We came to the dealership to just look. We had hopes of purchasing but we’re still in the information seeking stage. We had an appointment with Cody Jackson and he pulled the trucks we were interested before we arrived. After narrowing it down to two vehicles he took time to go over which truck best fit our needs and was most cost efficient. He worked with us to get the truck within our budget. Came to the service department to have my tires checked. Jasmine was the one to help and was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Made sure I knew what my tires were supposed to be on and made sure I knew what to look for in the future so I knew if I needed to come back. I also loved that they have women in service too.

My customary purchase process was derailed because the used car I was buying required some unanticipated service. Korena not only kept me informed but worked on my behalf to get the service completed properly and without compromise. The best part is, any time I went to the dealership she literally met me at the curb armed with the proper information. I would not even consider buying a Landers car from anyone but her.
My overall experience with Keith was amazing. This was my first car, and he made sure I understood anything I had questions about. He also made me feel at ease during the whole process, especially while I was anxious. He made sure to communicate throughout the whole process and held genuine conversation with me and my brother.
